Errm, from what I've been told, it's a mix of talent (obviously), experience & schooling.I'd go take a look at acting classes first, alot of opportunities arise from that alone. Go for extra work, just so you have some screen-experience too. That's my plan at least and that's what alot of aspiring actors start off with...Errm, I don't know too much about the whole agency thing just yet, but until you get to a point where you're ready for proper on-screen chunky parts, then I wouldn't worry about it too much.Thing is, for male actors, they don't really get sought after/peak until they're much older, so it's very much about training/taking classes initially.In my opinion anyway.
