Edgar Posted June 21, 2010 Report Share Posted June 21, 2010 I'm looking at a focus as well for an upgrade especially the 1.6 tdci got a bigger boot than the astra, does 0-60 in 10 seconds making it quicker than the petrol version and the 1.9 tdi golfs and still returns better mpg only £90 annual tax and for the newer econetic versions they are only £30. Looking to buy a car and wanna limit the cost with insurance to about £5000 (maybe a bit over), so..... can anyone help me out with recommendations on models? I've been looking at Autotrader and eBay but I dunno what really to go for 'cause I don't know sh*t about cars. I just need something that doesn't look like crap that won't break down and won't kill on the insurance. So yeah, can anyone tell me what I should be looking for? Looks good - What looks better than the 3dr honda civic? Honda Civic Toyota Corolla Hatchback that vVti engine is delicious. Vauxhall Astra 1.4 My personal 3 reccomendations. Yeh it's true..i don't brake harshly.. id just rather keep changing from 2nd to 3rd then back down to 2nd for the bump and so on and so on instead of staying in 2nd till the end of the road.
