Trust me, it's sick.

These man are definitely OCD sufferers but god damn they make a car look better then it first came out the showroom. When manufacturers paint cars on a industrial scale, some corners are cut, for example a "orange peel" affect on the paint, so these man basically use products to "correct" the paint and get it looking how it should without a single imperfection.

That's why that Porsche had the mirror affect, because every paint imperfection was corrected and is gleaming like it should.

Also it's one of them ones where 99% of the public won't spot anything wrong with it, but once your eyes get accustomed to the details, you will always know the difference between good and bad paint.

Anyone touched the autobahns before? For anyone with a performance car, it is a must.

Drove to Serbia a few years back, took di GTi across Europe, was sick. Got stopped and searched twice by some undercover Hanz, but the roads were sick. Nothing but big body Audis, Mercs and BMW, saw a lot of RS estates/M5 Tourings.

sh*t was kinda long through France, Austria and Hungary though.

Drove to the south of France a month ago.

Would never do it again the journey was ridiculous, but it was a sick experience.

Driving back from st Tropez through to Paris with my boy in the car behind there was about 40 minutes of country lane style roads curvy as f*ck, pitch black, just about fit two lanes on with a deep ditch on one side(no idea why) and a small wooden barrier on the other side due to cliff edges. Some turnings were just a > shape with a cliff face in front of you. Come like that need for speed drift game from a few years back. Had to keep toggling the full beam every few minutes as someone comes round the bend in the opposite direction to you so you didn't blind them and send them over the edge lol. For the 1st 10 minutes I didn't even have the full beam on, just made it more thrilling, got a bit dangerous after a while though with the cliff face turnings coming out of nowhere lol.

Just like this video below but sharper turns and no lights/reflective signs, and roads were half the width...

Was driving at like 15mph at first but after a few minutes I was doing between 30-50 some next adrenaline rush, best driving experience I've ever had, just thought I'd share. Only wish I copped a rwd for that part of the journey lol.

Motorways were mad quiet as well, was just doing top speed pretty much all the way, and not one french police car or nothing, was a bit strange. Got flashed about 5 times but it was a hire car and I aint heard nothing lol.

It's a shame that road's like 12/13 hours away from here cos I'd definitely go back on it. Anyone know of any similar roads?

Nice, driving to south of France is LONG, takes forever. What car did you drive bro?

I actually want to do this, with a nice powerful car.

Would be sick with a powerful car.

My boy organised Mk6 1.4tsi through europcar but I paid for it the other passengers paid for the petrol. He thought it would be economy with that engine, but I did 120-125mph non stop anytime it was my turn to drive lol I could see the needle had moved everytime I looked at the dial. Lost count of the times he had to top up

He was doing 80mph, but that just made the journey more of a killer, I just wanted to reach my destination lol.

I drove to the south of Spain recently, some next level of longness.

Allow it. How many drivers to switch with? We had 2 drivers per car. I did the lionshare there and back though. Lived off redbull.

Went Paris(quick stop), Cannes, Monaco, back to Cannes, then hit St Tropez, before going Paris proper visit that time, then back home.

No Cruise control <<<<<<<<<<<<

Was a killer lol.

After goin on them France roads, decided I wanna go on them autobahns with a performance car one day. Must be sick. I'd go with at least 1 other car as well to make it more enjoyable.

Will have to go Scotland as well.

I was the only driver, there & back! My body was shot after the drive there and after the drive back.
