That's a small part of it, it's basically a highway code refresher class more than anything. A big part was how to recognise speeds on certain roads where there are no signs etc That was actually quite useful. It's definitely not people sitting there lecturing you about how it's wrong to speed, the guy who taught my session got caught speeding by the exact same camera that caught me lol.
