Fuel economy on a vxr isnt that much better than a r32

Imo for that type of money it would be an e46 m3 hands down, so much car for ur money

Otherwise its just the usual hot hatches st's r32's vxr's megane r26 etc etc

plus vxrs are rapid in a straight line but sh*t in the rain and round corners and too much torque steer,

Interior is cheap aswell, but the car overall looks stunning

Tbh, all the hot hatch talk is irrelevant IMO.

If ur gonna spend £12k on a car, u are better off buying a nice Audi or BMW than a Golf that's been snorting coke

when i'm ready to buy a BMW it won't be a 12k one lmao..stop it

R32 might be a few years down the line to be honest you say the fuel comsumption is about the same as the VXR but i very much doubt that and i bet the R32 is a much higher insurance group aswell

prob go with the VXR.. just something about the look of them and the shiney (ish) tint to the paintwork compared to the standard astra, they stand out a lot imo.
