Lose weight this summer, simply advise each other in a helpfull and most effective way you know how, wether you have nutrition info or a gym routine we'll start off week 1 this weekend and all disscuss each others plan's and target weight lo0s etcso i weigh 10.4 stone i want to loose about 4 pound next week, gym and watching what i eat is me, but what other diets are good out there?

someone told me the cornflakes diet is the one EAT Cornflakes for breakfast and lunchwith fruit for snacksthen have a decent meal before 8pmcan never be me tbh
you mean the special k diet? lolif u do that for 2 weeks, you apparently drop a dress sizei'm tryna lose weight (for my holiday) and i work full time, so i always eat breakfast at work (special k with natural zero fat yoghurt)then for lunch i try to eat a salad or bring in soupbut then i f*ck it all up when i get home lol or when people bring in cakes and biscuits to worki dont have a target weight, but my main aim is to get a flat stomach and drop a dress sizei should prob weigh myself though :!: (i aint a fat bitch fyi)

cant eat soap dunno how u can.....dnt it make u foam?anyway that special k diet is all good n well if u got time for that at work, il b eating crisps n choc at my desk.i dno now tho might make time for it, 3 takeways last week dnt help

Extreme one.Grape fruit and egg diet.Grape fruit for breakfast. Juice or fruit.Egg for lunch. Fried or boiled.Then either before 8pm.Couple that with a brisk 30mins walk and you'll lose shed loads.Not for the faint hearted though.

lol i meant soupwow 3 takeaways?if u fall for convenience foods easily, maybe u should buy those weight watchers meals and just eat that for your dinner, and nothing else
ur right u kno......that n gym.....cud work...weight watchers is how many poimts for the day, or is it individuals?cant b havin 3 shakes a day no way, might do the diet tho.
