good free weight excercise for building them wing muscle things under ya armpitsand also good freeweight excersie for gettin my back muscles hench?

i could not even do 1 push up now i do reps of 30just wanted to put that out there developing muscle is fun
true, same except i was able to reps of 10 until i upped it in the last few monthsim just getting bigger an stronger week after weeklike i can feel my thighs with every step

ive been feeling like ive platued for a couple of weeks now. and my chest was especially lame, so i decided to go psycho yesterday and started to do drop sets and was really pushing it. ive woken up this morning with the newbie gym user chest ache. i must have had a really ineffective chest work out + im gonna start doing more dips and other body weight stuff

lol nahim only doin cardio an dealin with my own body weightnot lookin to get hench, just focusin on fillin out to where im supposed to be
how do u know u've even got what it takes to "get hench"?good on u for excercising but it takes years of hard word 2 be like us it wont happen overnight love
lol trussif i had a £1 4 everyone that 1st joins gym and thinks they will be hench in a few months i would be a millionaire
