youtube 300kg squats even 200kg squats and see if they use the pad
if they can do without a pad on such a heavy weight then you dont need it
you are obv a squat pad user - man up
my 1rep max is 165kg btw and i dont use the pad
John Doe is actually talking sense, still don't know what the neg is for. Using a pad isn't the way forwards. I know people who squat 200kg plus and none use pads. If it hurts, you are doing it wrong.
