There's something really suspect about you. I don't if you're just trying to hard but a lot of the stuff you type makes me cringe.

Right Im switching up my whole routine for the summer. I want to have a more intensive work out. Every day will be a full body day and not bother with monday is leg day wednesday chest and so on.

 

Lower weights, higher reps, do them fast and more body weight exercises. 


I have really stagnated on my current routine, need to mix it up. Id like to do cross fit, but no where near me to do this and its expensive.

iam i placing the bar in the wrong place or what

it should be resting on the platform created by squeezing your shoulder blades

and if guys are squatting over 300kg and still not not using the sponge then i very much doubt u need to 

 

the sponge is for women

i never said anyone on here mate

 

youtube 300kg squats even 200kg squats and see if they use the pad 

 

if they can do without a pad on  such a heavy weight then you dont need it 

 

you are obv a squat pad user - man up

 

my 1rep max is 165kg btw and i dont use the pad

I kind of rest the bar behind the traps and across the shoulders although I stopped doing legs for now. I sound like a bitch but there's so many jumps and leg stretches in insanity it would only slow me down.

Squeezing your shoulder blades together, head up and chest out. And yes, the sponge is for women.

John Doe is actually talking sense, still don't know what the neg is for. Using a pad isn't the way forwards. I know people who squat 200kg plus and none use pads. If it hurts, you are doing it wrong.
