My arms used to be twigs

I started doin super sets and they blew up

10 sets of 10 reps .. Weight gets heavier each set

In between sets no rest do tricep wiv dumbel

Wen I 1st attempted this I wud struggle on the 5th set and wydnt be able to complete

Wiv some persistence is carm

10 x 10 of what two exercises?

Cable curls hit the peak of the bi's nicely.

 

I mainly do chin ups, ez curl standing and alternate between wide and narrow grip, 10 of each back to back. Another day I will use the hammer curl bar and reverse curls on the ez bar

where is this strength coming from

 

asked myself this when i finally managed to curl 20's each side on an olympic har

 

its di squat/deadlift

 

thats why i try do one or the other at least 3-4 times a week

so i jumped onto flat bench today and did a personal best of 150/155 2 reps with no spot

 

where is this strength coming from

 

That's big weight. I don't think I'll be shifting anything like that for ages.

bruv... it must be the deadlift/squats im doing... fuk me i was shocked...

 

den i wanted to do more of a rep so i asked one guy to spot me... he came and he spotted me wrong and da ting just collapsed on my chest ffs

Noticed lost some definition in my face

 

Not happy

 

Cutting out carbs and upping the water and cardio levels

 

Got way to comfortable in life

 

can easily happen to us all mate
