Legs is my favourite day.  I hope you stretched properly before and after mate otherwise depending on how hard you went you can forget walking near normal for like a week.  First time I did legs properly with my friend and didn't stretch I walked like I had been shot in both my legs for a week solid.

I hate the first week back after taking a break.  Feel like I've lost tonnes of strength.  Just need to remember to ease myself in and do lighter weights.  Keep trying to return immediately to where I was before and feel like it's more of a struggle than it should be.

Has anyone else had tennis elbow before?  How did you remedy it?

 

I have had to take skullcrushers (which was my favourite triceps exercise) out of my routines and today I now have to take out triceps pulldown with a V-bar.  It's annoying because even on light weight I could push with minimal difficulty I'm getting an intense pain in my left elbow.  I'm looking to get an elbow support but I'm not sure if that will even help at all.

Didnt know whats what its called. 

Yeah had the same for a good 3 weeks. Takes forever to heal.

Its all gone now though. Just resumed benches a few weeks ago. 

You just have to take a break Im afraid and rub it with Robb/Heathol too

doesn't matter how big i get my calves

just makes your calves look tiny 

 

notice its the same for black guys 

 

i do get vex when i see day 1 stick thin 16 year olds with logs for lower legs

 

its most noticeable with trainers on but with just socks calves look meaty lol

lol I have sprinters calves (small calves with a long achilles) so there's a big gap between where my calf stops and my ankles begin, I've come to terms with the fact they're never going to look huge.

loving going to the gym! been eating better and drinking alot less for the last month and a half and yeah, gym for like 2 weeks.

 

lost 1 and a half stone so far,  feeling bless!  and only smoked about 10 grets in the last 2 weeks when it was 10 a day before.

 

cant straighten my arms atm thought fucking aching!

Think its genetics with marlis tbh..

Worked on my calves and groin yesterday. Having some serious DOMS. Cant drive cant walk. Hope its eased off come tomorrow

 

100% I think we have the smallest calves and forearms on earth.

strange really my thighs are like tree trunks makes me look not in ratio, i dont think there will be a champion east african bodybuilder ever. 

 

one noticification about genes them Igbo girls have calves bigger than most men why is this?
