i agree with the real world strength thing. They give you that "dad" strength.

Was ur dad a p*ssy when you were younger? When your toy car rolled under the fridge did u call mumsie to lift it?

deep, think its true seem to remember him saying about not having a dad and coming up hard. /Guillermo do have any experience/know anything about 'boxers' fractures? doc said he didnt want me lifting weights for 12 weeks, its about 3 weeks since i did it, and the swellings gone completely and ive regained alot of the mobility in my hand, the pain is just like a dull ache and not sharp and stabbing anymore. i defo wudnt want to try lifting any weights for about a month but 12 weeks sounds extreme to me, have you/anyone you know fractured a metacarpal? how long did it take to recover b4 they could train and lift again?

LOL....My dad is actually dead. U man are cold.He died when I was 1 yrs old so I never knew him or met him and I have no emotional attatchment to him as there are no memories. I didn't come up hard I seen some f*cked up sh*t and life wasn't always an easy ride but I definitely didn't have it hard like some of these kids you see in Africa / Chinese sweatshops etc. Now thats a real hard life. We in the western world cannot complain even if we are at the bottom of the pile, its still damn near the top in their country./i don't know about lifting since its a heavier pressure for a shoter period. boxing, hand injuries are very serious, minimum 3 months out and do exactly what the dr. says, even if it doesn't hurt don't risk making the injury into a lifelong problem. hand and shoulder injuries are the most complicated since they are such detailed joints capable of a vast range of different movements.

Making gd gains all over/5k runs in the morning sscv, wanna aim for 5k under 20 mins thats my ultimate goal. Need to mix it up more running outside more than on treadmill. Noticed since doing a lot of cardio @ steady state, my stamina has increased nuff which in turn is helping me with weights. Of course good at keep the fat off too./Back day today and I think im ready to dead 200k, been doing 180 fine perfect form, so wanna do 200, will up the video 2nite

ur obviously very strong but i think u need to work on ur form.
Yeah form for that wasnt that good, I should be bending my knees a lot more, almost like squatting. Think I was worrying to much about wether i could lift it or not. Wont do that weight for a while now anyway, gunna keep on at 180k. Form is much better with those, ever since you and carpe talked about my form last year been on at it. Much better now, bending down like your squatting. Legs are stronger from that way also. Makes the lift easier too as using your legs and glutes to push up, as opposed to just lifting. Back hasnt been sore or anything since I took on the advice you and carpe gave before. So something clearly is working
