Banged out an 1hr 15mins of solid workout.Love going on a friday cos the gyms empty, can move around on different things without waiting around.
My gym is always packed out on a friday :D All the posers wanting to pump up before hitting the town later on. As for progress. Ive only been going for a month but my strength has definitely improved. I need to up my diet game though.

what's your ab workout?weren't you saying you were like 3 stone overweight?
no i wasn'tstep your memory game up1. normal crunches 2. twist ups3. push throughs4. left side crunch/right side crunch5. up and twist6. leg raises7. leg tuck8. 90degrees ankle touch9. kick ups10.head raises11.scissors12.head to leg crunches13.alternate shoulder lift14.180 degree ankle reach15.alternative push throughsfink i forgotten a coupledo about 10-15 reps and 2 or 3 sets for each one with about 30secs-1min break between each set sometimes no breaks if im not feeling pain

lol you're an idiot.If you see results it's due to your diet and a couple of core ab exercises.Doing 15 different exercises with 3 sets of 15 is completely retarded.

Im and idiot because I am following a plan that is working for me after years doing trying diffferent ab work out plans which didn't work for me?If that makes me and idiot then il accept that as a compliment

@ 6ft 1 you should only be weighing 100kg if you have been training for a good few yearsyou are just going to be fatLOOSE WEIGHTi was at 90 a few months back, but went back down to 80 cos i was dumb, put weight on too fast, so i had big arms,shoulders etc, but also a bellyif you go to 100kg you will b obese fam
