It's a template you modify to suit your needs. If you've got high bodyfat then you obviously go for less high carb/moderate carb days. Got back on them today, smashed a PB, mad thing is i only jumped a weight coz someone else had carried my usual weight off somewhere else so i thought i'll push it one higher and do less reps. i swear my own brain holds me back sometimes.
