They were decent sized pieces and I was comforted by the price of four fillets in Sainsburys but not gonna lie it hurt me handing over the cash. MARVELL Posted March 11, 2013 Report Share Posted March 11, 2013 for chicken fillets you should try butchers as they come a bit cheaper. but dunno why you need chicken fillets anyways, you could just buy a whole chicken and get more amounts of protein from there it will mean you taking off the fat yourself, or just buy roast chicken and cut out the fatty parts... MARVELL Posted March 11, 2013 Report Share Posted March 11, 2013 lol@ iceland fillets, wait for the scandal that they were infused with pigeon meat halal butchers arent far off imo, i dont trust them.. plus i dont want no arabic pagun prayer over my food if your butcher isnt on kensington high street or some posh area it should be a decent price or just buy a whole chicken raw or roasted from supermarket and do the work yourself. one medium sized drumstick for example is between 12-15grams of protein so why must it be fillets or breast?
