Season the chicken (s, p, all purpose, chicken seasoning) cut up the sweet pepper and onion mix it in a bowl with the chicken then leave it in the fridge for a few hours. Cut up some chillies, some of the onion that's been with the chicken, put some salt and lemon juice on it and mix it with the cabbage then cook it.f*ck the tomatoes, evil things.

nah u gotta do better than thiswhat she said, plus garlic powder, turmeric, maybe paprika and some kind of green herb ( i'd go for oregano or sage, but 2 each his own )

I don't have all purpose, or chicken seasoning I have salt pepper, cayenne pepper, thats about it, i dont have chillies, dont have lemon juice. what you mean mix with the cabbage?

I don't have all purpose, or chicken seasoning I have salt pepper, cayenne pepper, thats about it, i dont have chillies, dont have lemon juice. what you mean mix with the cabbage?
yh ignore dat part, ur gna end up with hard cabbage.boil ur cabbage seperately, then if u decide 2 mix it in, go head and do so.

cam you just boil chicken?
if u cut a onion in half, put it in the water along with like 3 cloves of garlicthen boil the chicken, til its cooked basically then put it in the oven to roast til its goldeni see my housemate do this, it looked good in the end an he seemed to be enjoyin it

lol @ lettucethat meal is dying for some meat
4'real lettuce and a fried egg WTF?I am a huge fan of salad though just not with fried eggs *urgh*
only coz its in pitta
Still dubious of fried egg and salad. The rest is yum - Avocado - plenty of pepper thumbs up Red Onions mmmmmm Salad which either crispy bacon/ grilled chicken or king prawns and Toasted Pitta Thumbs up!

boiled chicken is for mainly makin stock to turn into soupthe meat is edible after but most people chose to take of most of the good meat b4 boiing and jus usin the carcass
LOL Most people I know cook the chicken have it for dinner one night, then boil up the bones and left over meat for stock to make soup - called utilising your food.

didnt have much resources tonight so made some chicken pittas....fresh garlic ginger chilli, juice of one lemon and a dash of turmeric and paprika....they were boom still
