(and jeff did it with just that single shot "intervention" sniper, without running out of ammo!) 7-8 kills without dying gets u the harrier i think. But u can make life just slightly easier using the Hardkill Perk and hardkill pro, reduces the amount of killstreak (by one or two kills) required to get an assist, eg for ur UAV, CAR PACKAGE and so on.
