Guess 1 number correctly and the odds are 7/1 2 numbers - 54/1 3 numbers - 601/1 4 numbers - 7200/1 5 numbers - 125,000 always wanted to play this but never looked into it properly. Need a break for footy bets Except Zlatan 2 or more 49’s is a twice daily draw that takes place lunchtime (12.49) and teatime (17.49) everyday. Times may vary so please check with your bookmaker daily. You can bet on 1 to 5 numbers from the 49 in each draw. Bookmakers bets may vary. Six numbers and a “booster ball” are drawn and you can select to play either the 6 number or 7 number draw (which includes the booster ball to increase your chances of winning). Your potential winnings for a £1 bet on the various options is shown below: Play and Match -------------6 Number Draw---7 Number Draw 5 numbers---£125,000---------£40,000 4 numbers----£7,200----------£3,800 3 numbers-----£601-----------£330 2 numbers------£54------------£39 1 number-------£7--------------£6 Winning amounts include your stake (£1 in examples shown) So it's like the lottery but you can pick how many numbers you want to bet on, what type of bet you want to do (singles, doubles, trebles, fourfolds, fivefolds, trixie, patent, yankee, canadian) and how much you want to stake. E.g. you could pick 1 number between 1 and 49 and bet £10 on that and get £70 if you win. Or pick 5 numbers, fivefold bet, 10p stake and if all of them come up you win £12,500 Or pick 6 numbers and just bet on trebles Etc. With 5 numbers you should have done a Canadian bet so you can get something back if you get doubles, trebles, fourfolds and all 5 numbers. E.g. So a Canadian is 26 bets so I usually do that @ 20p a stake so altogether that's £5.20 for 1 draw.
