Balotelli Appreciation Thread

I don't care for their training ground conflict/confrontation, this stuff goes on all the time during training up the road included. What baffles me is how every spec of controversy that happens at City finds it's way out of the club and into the public domain,

They need to find these pricks who keep leaking information, organise a team bonding exercise where they in teams of 4 take turns in rushing the leaker of information, (Maybe blasting footballs at him is a safer option for avoiding lawsuits)

Alternatively they could just sack who ever it is and amend the current working contracts to avoid these things coming out once a month.

They have a low fence at the training ground, paps setup cameras and rolls, hence why they moving training ground...

Yh found this out earlier, surely erecting a higher fence would solve the problem rather than moving.

Probably need planing permission and the Manchester News probably sliding queens face to make sure that planning never gets approved.

Plus the new training ground state of the art.

trus. people forgetting that mancini has been a nutter from day.

Trevor Francis signed from Manchester City in 1982 and, aggrieved that his place was under threat, Mancini ended up picking a fight with him on the training ground. He was 18 at the time, taking on a man 10 years older. Nor was this a one-off. A similar thing happened with Liam Brady, this time giving away eight years. Juan Sebastián Verón tells the story of swearing in Mancini's direction during an argument about a badly taken corner. After the match Mancini had stripped off to the waist and was waiting to fight him. "He is not an easy person, you know," Verón says. "He has this complicated personality."

Despite the criticism coming the way of the Manchester City manager, there is little he can do to combat the issue.

The footpaths on either side of the Carrington training ground are public, meaning that anyone wanting to watch a training session is free to.

The club has experimented with a six-foot tarpaulin curtain around the edge of the ground, but that hasn’t stopped photographers or members of the public who climb ladders or trees in order to watch their heroes train.

Planning permission to extend the height of the curtain has been sought but six foot is the limit without the agreement of Trafford Metropolitan Borough Council.

In 18 months’ time the squad are set to move their training to the new Etihad Campus training ground, but until then it looks as though Mancini and his players will have to keep their tempers under control.
