yeah berlin is amazing loads of great street art/food/hiphop/cool shopping/ museums it's a young person city if you like house music panaroma bar is live the raves start at 12am afterparty style.

 

Cologne is nice too it's got more of a laid back vibe but again nice food/people/music/parties/theme parks (phantasia land is fun) i would recommend defo.

Hamburg is where most of Germanys wealth resides, it's a beautiful city and there are some bang bang spots, deffinately very piff chicks
