The Raw information: WWE springs a leak
AN internet wrestling fan has predicted the result of a staggering 38 out of 38 WWE matches correctly.
The mystery clairvoyant — whose online name is Dolphins1925 — even named the eventual victor in a SIX MAN fight.
He claims to have a source inside the pro-wrestling company who knows the results of every pay-per-view match, including fights involving superstars like John Cena and The Undertaker.
And he leaks the match outcomes anonymously on website Reddit, saying he is doing it to highlight the confidentiality lapses at WWE.
The web source insists he doesn't want anyone else to be able to release any more results in future.
On one post, he wrote: “I would like to clarify once again that I DO NOT work for WWE.
“I am just a WWE fan like everyone else, and I am getting my information from a source who has VERY credible inside information regarding the outcomes (win/losses) of the matches themselves.
“Given that this information is out there, we both feel that I should continue to share this information until it garners the attention of WWE.”
The feat raises concerns for fans of the ‘sports entertainment’, as it is legal to place bets on their Wrestlemania events — although winnings are usually capped at around £50.
Most bookmakers have also now removed WWE odds from their websites.
WWE said in a statement: “We may have a modern day Nostradamus on our hands.
“We might have to monitor these posts in advance of our next pay-per-view to see how good he or she really is.”
