Trim Posted June 5, 2012 Report Share Posted June 5, 2012 Swear the chick in Beyond is in Last of Us nah in beyond it is actually ellen page (chick from juno & inception) voicing the character and its modeled on her intentionally in last of us the character design just resembles her. A lot of people thought it was her when the first stuff from the last of us came out but they confirmed it wasn't her straight away. / agree to an extent on the us getting older thing, but at the same time even some of the sequels just look weak. God of War showed well how it should be done, every one of their games has impressed, visually, in how it plays and in what they add to it each time. I haven't played all the assassins creed games but it seems like its the same for them and the new one is again going in a bit of a different direction with a lead character change and setting change. They've retained the same format and added to it but taken it to new places. Too many companies are not adding enough or are just ripping off other games. e.g. Dead space 3, i liked the trailer but at the same time to me it just looks like lost planet. Outdoor snowy seting, giant enemy bosses with a target on their bodies to attack to beat them, still expect it to be a very good game but it just feels repetitive. not enough companies seem to have the balls to try something completely different. Only a couple games I liked the look of, but Ubisoft seem to be coming out with some strong titles, I was loving Watch Dogs, I think the idea behind it is strong and very interesting.
