A lot of Jon E Cash's early sublow songs('98-'00) was him spitting. He had a few bars but he was originally a hip hop guy that jumped on the garage wave so he didn't really do the beats justice with his flow.

And his ego in a way held back Black Ops because around him them times there was better MC's around him and outsiders like Viper and Ms Dynamite that could've joined but he wanted to be the main guy. Plus with him being from Mozart if he had the mentality that Wiley did he could have brought through youngers like Rugrat and Dizzman and a whole bunch of MC's from the ends on some of them beats.
