Possession isn't a good indicator of anything and that real vs bayern match  is a perfect example , more possession does not mean chelsea aren't boring so dunno what angle your coming from there

Rafa and Houllier were working with different limitations and I don't begrudge teams playing defensively on occasion, but this guy has shown that no matter what he has things don't change.

 

He had the most expensively assembled squad in the history of the game at Madrid yet still served up the same shit, the one time he dipped his toe into the pool of positive football Guardiola showed him what time it was and he retreated quick fast. 

 

He turns every player he inherits into a shuttle run specialist / dirty, classless, fucker and places no value on the game as a spectacle.

 

He's a fantastic manager where trophies are concerned but would I pay my hard earned cash to go watch his team play? Fuck no.
