Fresh Posted July 5, 2011 Report Share Posted July 5, 2011 Lace in from under the eyelet then over, except on the initial bar which is the opposite. Criss-cross no bars. Cross left over right on the right foot all the way up, then lace the opposite way on the other foot. No twists in the lacing permitted. Always use the tounge loop Lace all the way up depending on the trainer, lace length, and trousers being worn. On most occasions, all the way up. Long lace loops is a young man ting, if there's a lot of loop left I'll double knot it. Moretime I keep the knot hidden under my trousers.
