I think the point is, that we've managed to arrive at this point full stop is evidence the issue has been treated with little to no serious regard. The helpless will find a way to help themselves. I don't condone the killing of innocents but i similarly can't excuse the circumstances that led to this. We're lucky over here, we only have the occasional Mark Duggan. Imagine living in whats supposed to be one of the most developed countries in the world, and people with your skin tone are killed during routine traffic stops.
